Piezoelectric Valve Analysis Can Gasoline Piezoelectric Injection Valve Control The Oil Output

Do you know that piezoelectric valves are also used in the automotive industry? What are the advantages of gasoline piezoelectric injection valves? Is it possible to control the flow plate very well and control the fuel output? Today, we will understand the gasoline piezoelectric injection The working process of the valve!

Section 1 K-type gasoline injection:

1. Features of K-type gasoline piezoelectric injection valve system:

1. The adjustment and preparation of the mixed gas is a mechanical hydraulic control;

2. Constant pressure multi-point continuous injection, that is, when the engine is working, the fuel injector continuously injects fuel into the intake port at a certain pressure.

A. Air flow control flow plate, control plunger, control oil output.

B. Continuous injection of oil pressure greater than 3.5kg/cm2.

C. One injector per cylinder.

D. No throat.

E. The fuel injector has the atomization effect of "smashing the fuel".

2. Composition of K-type gasoline piezoelectric injection valve system.

1. Electric gasoline pump; 2. Pressure accumulator; 3. Warm-up regulator; 4. Oil pressure pulse buffer; 5. Oil pressure regulator; 6. Fuel distributor; 7. Air meter; 8. Supplementary air Valve; 9. Hot time switch; 10. Throttle valve; 11. Cold start nozzle; 12. Fuel injector.

3. Working process of K-type gasoline piezoelectric injection valve system:

The air is first measured by an air meter, and then enters the intake pipe and the intake duct through the throttle valve. The gasoline is sucked out from the gasoline tank by the electric gasoline pump, pressurized in it to 0.35MPao, and then filtered out of impurities in the gasoline filter, and then sent to the fuel distributor after eliminating the pulsation of gasoline pressure through the accumulator. A muffler is installed at the entrance of the electric gasoline pump to eliminate noise generated by oil pressure pulsation. The fuel distributor distributes the required fuel quantity to the injectors of each cylinder according to the result of the air meter measuring the engine intake. The fuel injector injects gasoline into the intake duct and mixes with the air in it. When the intake valve is opened, the mixture enters the cylinder.
